Economy: Royal Mail 2nd Class 3-5 days not insured for lost package, none track-able service
Standard: Royal Mail 1st class Recorded 1-2 days insured and tracked service
Express: 24 hour, Insured and tracked service
International: 10-30 day insured and tracked service
UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail or UK Mail, a tracking number will be updated to your order when this service is used and when tracking number is generated by courier.
Purchases sent via Royal Mail are sent either 1st or 2nd class delivery, lost packages are only classed as "lost" after 30 days from Royal Mail processing the package. Claims for compensation from Royal Mail can ONLY be made after this time scale.
If you class your purchase as "Urgent" or is needed by a specific date please use our Express service which is a signed for 24 hour service.
All International sales are sent via international signed for service unless other wise stated in listing, this requires a signature for proof of delivery. Tracking numbers are updated to your purchase when made available from courier. If package is not signed for you will have to contact the courier for a re-delivery which is at the cost of the customer or collect from a local depot.
All international packages are covered by insurance provided by the courier of up to £50 if you require a higher value please contact us before purchasing.
International delivery is between 10-30 days depending on your location, if you are unsure of the time scale on your purchase please contact us and we will endeavour to you give an ETA.

Upon acceptance of your order you may cancel at any time between placing your order and up to seven days after receipt of the goods. Cancellation must be made by email. You will be given a Returns Authorisation Number for tracking purposes. Once you have cancelled the order you have a legal ‘duty of care’ to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods at your expense to the address given to you on the Returns Authorisation Form. We would advise a recorded delivery for small items, and an insured delivery for larger items, and of more value. The refund will be processed within 30 days of the order date. Where goods have been returned in a poor state a 20% restocking fee shall apply. All goods sold via the internet are sold in accordance with the consumer protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
